Hottentotta Zagrosensis

Hottentotta is a genus of scorpion belonging to the family Buthidae. Prefers high altitudes to other areas. Fifth and seventh parts of the tail have dentate outgrowths, the space between the joints of the various parts of the tail is smooth and without additional parts, the ends of the body are fluffy and hairless, but the sides of the body may have long hair. (It may be seen in small bumps on the posterior extremities, short, stiff and narrow hair). The posterior surface of the posterior limb is smooth without extrusion. Posterior and front organs have a black to brown color, the forearm’s forearms are black, forks and legs are yellow to yellowish olives. The total length of an adult scorpion is 36 to 38 mm.
